With first-hand experience as an expatriate, navigating the mobility process, I have a deep understanding of relocation. This personal journey is what drives my passion and commitment in the mobility sector.

 Entering the world of global mobility from this unique perspective allows me to bring empathy, insight, and precision to the way we manage our accounts. I understand that individuals and companies entrust us with the relocation of people, it’s not just a logical task, it’s a business-critical responsibility that impacts employee experience, retention and overall programme success.

 In my role, I focus and build on trusted partnerships ensuring their mobility programmes run smoothly, compliantly, and with a high level of care. From policy alignment and service delivery to proactive problem-solving, I work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless end-to end experience.

Learning / doing something new is not scary, it’s just unknown.

What do you feel are the biggest challenges for organisations who have a mobile workforce today?

Navigating immigration policies is a significant challenge for mobile workers, especially those relocating internationally and with families. Moving to a new country is often an emotional and stressful experience. Sudden changes in visa requirements or immigration laws can disrupt long-term plans, result in financial losses and cause major uncertainty for both employees and employers.

What part of your role with Crown World Mobility do you enjoy the most?

I love working with a team of like-minded professionals whose sole purpose is to provide a trustworthy, end-to-end service. Aiming to give our clients peace of mind, knowing that every detail of their move is being handled with velvet gloves and top-tier support.
